A one day workshop for dads who want to prepare their student for a God-honoring school year.

Sadly, most men are not on the frontlines of training their children - especially when it comes to being involved in equipping their children to be good students. Most dads want to help their kids, but they do not have a clear plan for preparing their kids for a successful school year.

Cross Training Ministries wants to help dads develop a strategy for a God-honoring school year. 

We want to give men a framework for thinking about the school year, practical guidelines for training their children, and a clear plan for setting their kids up for a lifestyle where Christ comes first.

Our children are about to step into a new school year full of unique challenges like building healthy friendships, managing a busy schedule, and establishing healthy routines. This is not a time for dads to sit on the sidelines. We need dads who will model and teach their kids the simple routines that are necessary for a lifestyle where Christ comes first.
